From enquiry to handover

Yes. If you want to change something yourself, or we come across something that was not visible during the survey, you hear about it beforehand, with the price. We only do it once you agree.

That depends on the schedule at the time. The quote states the week we can start. Do you have a deadline, such as a move? Mention it and we'll plan around it. Once you agree, we set the start and completion dates down in writing. If something shifts, for example because of the weather on facade work, you'll hear straight away, with a new date. As a private customer you have a 14-day cooling-off period after signing. If you want to start sooner, just say so.

Not during the work. Make sure we can get in and that there is power and water. You do need to be there at handover, because that is when we walk through the work together.

For smaller jobs after handover, for larger projects in instalments set out in the quote. You never pay anything up front.

At handover we walk through the work together. Points that are not yet right go into a handover report and we put them right. If you notice something later, let us know. We respond within 2 working days. Interior plastering and facade insulation carry a 5-year guarantee. Our guarantee terms also apply to all our work.

A price indication is a remote estimate, based on your description, photos and measurements. If the amount suits you, we schedule the survey. Then you get the quote: a fixed price per item. That is also the amount on your invoice, unless something is added with your agreement.
